We hope this message finds you in the best of health and Iman. Alhamdulillah, with your generous support, IOK successfully closed escrow last year on our new 44,187 sq. ft. building near Cal Poly Pomona (CPP) University. This property now serves as the future home for the IOK CHESS Seminary, Chaplaincy, and Counseling programs, as well as an endowment property for IOK WAQF.
Over the past year, remarkable progress has been made. The accessibility ramp is complete, and construction on the first floor is well underway — transforming raw space into classrooms, a library, counseling rooms, administrative offices, and a Musalla that will serve students from CPP and nearby communities in Phillips Ranch, North Diamond Bar, and San Dimas.
To bring the first-floor renovations to completion, we are launching a new initiative:
Sponsor a Musalla for $860
We are seeking 420 sponsors to each cover the cost of one Musalla (prayer space), totaling $361,200.
Each Musalla represents not only a physical space of prayer but also a contribution toward finishing this sacred center of learning and worship. Your support will help complete the build-out of our Seminary and Counseling spaces — creating a home where students and community members will learn, pray, and grow for generations to come.
This project is an ongoing Sadaqah Jariyah, a continuous charity whose blessings extend long after we’ve returned to Allah ﷻ.
