Bilal Bhakhrani was born and raised in Southern California. He completed his memorization of the Qurʾān at the Institute of Knowledge and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics of Computation from UCLA.
He began his ʿĀlimiyyah studies at IOK and completed them at Jāmiʿah Dārul ʿUlūm Karachi, followed by a Bachelor in Ḥadīth from the Islamic University of Madinah.
He currently serves as a faculty member at IOK, teaching for both the seminary and the school.
